Media Monitor

We are seeking a full-time Media Monitor as part of our growing Media Intelligence team. The position will involve working across our print, broadcast & online teams to collate media coverage to report to our clients.

THE ROLE

  • Read and scan press articles according to client briefs
  • Monitor TV & radio for relevant coverage
  • Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
  • Management of internal database, updating client campaigns and search terms
  • Create reports for clients to defined deadlines
  • Provide internal reporting for client services team
  • Be fully cross-trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to provide first-class customer service in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of basic computer software and hardware
  • Aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
  • Good time management skills
  • Intelligent, flexible, articulate, ambitious and hard working
  • An interest and good knowledge of the film and music industries would be advantageous
