MR. & MRS SMITH | LONDON PREMIERE
Our Creative Services team had a blast earlier this year, capturing house videography at the star-studded special screening for the launch of Amazon Prime Video’s highly-anticipated series, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, at the Curzon Mayfair in London.
Inspired by the iconic 2005 film of the same name, this first season stars Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, as two strangers who find themselves in a thrilling new world of espionage and adventure, taking on new identities in an arranged marriage.
Our house producer had the incredible opportunity to interview leads Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, along with showrunner Francesca Sloane, right from the press line. Meanwhile, our b-roll camera operator roamed the event, capturing every v detail—from celebs and influencers striking poses on the dazzling orange carpet, to a live DJ spinning the show’s hottest tracks, and the exciting on-stage introductions with the cast and crew inside the cinema.
As the screening kicked off, our dedicated editing team sprang into action, expertly cutting soundbites and b-roll selects to share with the media later that very evening. The next day, we delivered up with a high-energy sizzle reel, perfectly optimized for sharing and to recap the night.
With the recent announcement of a second season, Mr. & Mrs. Smith Season 1 is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video – and we couldn’t recommend it enough!
