DMS social experts to share insights at NetBase Live! London

DMS will be taking to the stage tomorrow, Thursday 18th May as social listening and analytics  professionals gather in London for NetBase LIVE! The conference, which takes place at the Sofitel St James, brings together expert sessions, insights, and best practices from the world’s top brands and agencies.

Jackie Balchin, DMS’ Head of Social Insights, will be presenting a session on using social media conversations for audience profiling at 11am. At 4:30pm, Courtney Jones, our Head of Client Services, will be joined by panelists from NetBase, Burson-Marsteller, TBWA and Digital Insighters to discuss social trends in 2017 and beyond.

DMS runs social media insights across multiple industries. The insights vary from monitoring ongoing campaigns, live events, influencer reach as well as identifying content opportunities and audience profiling for our clients, using our trusted partner NetBase to gain data which we interpret.

As well as DMS, there’ll also be sessions from Engagement Labs, CNC Communications, Manning Gottlieb OMD and ici Barbés Paris.
