The launch of our LA office also marks the first time that DMS will offer both creative and operational services outside of our main London hub. Previously, our Los Angeles-based Client Services team worked closely with our London operations team to ensure seamless service across time zones. With this new base, we now have a dedicated LA operations team on-site, ready to support clients and enhance our delivery speed.
This enables us to truly offer the same creative, media intelligence and campaign content services locally as we do in our main London hub, but fully connected to our global teams so that we can still take advantage of our 24/7 capacity.
