DMS Welcomes LA Colleague to London HQ

Over the past year, we have missed welcoming our colleagues from our offices around the world to our London office on Shand Street.

We are proud of our dedicated, global community based outside of the London HQ. Since arriving in L.A. in 2012, Sydney in 2016, and Toronto in 2020, DMS has transformed its international reach, employing a talented team of multi-lingual versioning producers to deliver a dedicated 24-hour service to clients in the LATAM and APAC regions.

Last week, we welcomed Jacqueline Baldoquin (Versioning Producer) all the way from across the Pond from LA. Upon arriving in the UK, she noted:

”It has been a whirlwind to say the least. First time abroad, first time officially in the DMS office and meeting everyone, first time taking the tube… But it’s all been wonderful and so so so happy and grateful to be here.

”It’s been a surreal experience finally getting to meet everyone in person! So many emotions from having created such lasting friendships with the hard-working people here and muscling through a pandemic together. It’s an incredible feeling to have always felt like part of the team, but have that feeling validated when everyone welcomed me with open arms. I am forever thankful for being able to be part of such a wonderful family here at DMS. Is it bad that I’d rather spend time with everyone than go site seeing? Haha. Travelling during Covid times has been a challenge, but I would do it a million times again. I have no idea where I am or where I’m going, but that’s all part of the fun.”

It was a real pleasure welcoming Jackie to London and we look forward to welcoming many more of our global community to Shand Street in 2022.
