We have always been proud of our culture and the diverse make-up of our people with our eclectic mix of nationalities, genders and beliefs but we have been seeking a better way or representing and understanding this better, in the way we talk about diversity and the way that this can further permeate our culture and ethos.
Ensuring our staff are looked after and feel heard, is one of the main aims of the society, but we also hope to educate and bring awareness to various cultures, abilities, genders, sexual orientations and demographics. The more we open up and trust each other as fellow humans, the better quality of employment we provide.
Some of our communications will reflect the Society itself in illustrating what is significant and important to our staff across the business and through our internal and external communications, we will also highlight and celebrate the kaleidoscopic nature of the film industry, ranging from world-renowned directors through to significant historical dates across a calendar year.
Across all our offices, we will continue to reinforce the driving ethos that our people are at the core of our business and we aim to reflect their beliefs and ideas in the way we talk about the Agency and in how we continue to manage the business.
We are driven to convey our integrity through this society by letting our colleges make it their own. The more ownership we take the better quality we will provide and create something to be proud of The DMS: Diversity, Minority and Solidarity Society, for everybody.
