THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

We are looking for an experienced strategic partner with proven business development experience to help grow our US media intelligence market share in the North America. You will manage our key existing relationships whilst building new business for future revenue streams.

You will be confident, outgoing and comfortable liaising with senior personnel in major entertainment companies. You must be a self-starter and be highly motivated towards achieving a set of key sales objectives.

As a new business executive, you will deal directly with leading names in Entertainment/ TV and Film, therefore a passion for the Industry is key.

THE ROLE

  • As a Senior Strategic/ Business Executive North America you will proactively develop leads for potential new business and will work with the senior management to ensure the continued growth of the market.
  • You will Identify and convert suitable leads for our growing media intelligence business in North America. Manage new business strategy whilst leveraging off existing relationships and utilising your own industry contacts.
  • Work closely with the senior management to deliver continued commercial growth, identifying opportunities and meeting sales objectives.
  • Manage internal and external communication for project planning for High Profile clients.
  • Lead strategic client meetings both prospective and existing.
  • Identify commercial opportunities within existing client base to increase revenue.
  • Ability to implement complex briefs to realistic deadlines.
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching to clients.
  • Highly motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Work closely with Senior Stakeholders in early negotiation stages of potential projects.
  • Execute strategic marketing campaigns to acquire new relationships.
  • Manage budgets, bids, billing and negotiate services between various vendors and clients.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven track record of growing business within an organisation.
  • Strong network of contacts within the entertainment industry, particularly film.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DESIRABLE 

  • Previous experience of working in the media intelligence industry within the film/entertainment industry.
  • An understanding of social media insights.
  • Operational acumen.
  • A background in media monitoring and/or social insights would be a major advantage although not essential for the right candidate.
