The team provides qualitative insights to help enhance and support media campaigns, enabling clients to understand effectiveness quickly and accurately. We cover numerous territories across the globe on a daily basis, this person will provide support to ensure all coverage is relevant and accurate before making it available to our clients.


As an International Media Monitor you must be organised, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. The role requires ability to cope well under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor French and English language media across various markets and media types
  • Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
  • Read and evaluate press and online articles according to client needs and defined parameters
  • Upload and categorise key television and radio clips in accordance with client brief
  • Update internal database as required with details of media coverage found
  • Create and deliver client reports to defined deadlines
  • Prioritising key events, releases, and asset drops
  • Provide first-class customer service in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, responding to client feedback and actioning solutions
  • Be fully cross trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required


  • Ability to speak, write and read in French
  • Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Passionate about working with film and music clients
  • Enjoy a collaborative/team approach yet able to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to provide first-class customer service in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Great time management and organisation skills are essential
  • Good understanding of basic computer software, hardware systems and video technologies
  • Aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
  • In addition to this, the applicant will demonstrate a good attention to detail and have the aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
