WHAT WE DO

We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content and evaluate its media reach.

LOCALISATION SERVICES

DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Our Global Account Manager sits within our Client Services department and is the main contact at DMS for the local marketing teams of key global studio clients.This person will manage our UK team as well as offices in London, Toronto and LA.

THE ROLE

The role requires a strong background in post-production with a willingness to drive change and ensure our status as an industry leader in what we do. In the position, the correct candidate must develop a full overview of the post-production lifecycle, which in turn ensures successful delivery to our clients whilst leveraging the best from the team in terms of skillset and knowledge. The successful candidate must possess a robust and resilient attitude that in turn ensures the successful delivery of worldwide content.

The role would suit someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Overseeing one of our largest clients for global delivery of content.
  • Advise and support the versioning producer team and also liaise with production to ensure workflows are being followed correctly and accurately.
  • Understand and manage all day to day requirements around effective delivery and timeframes.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure the overall production process works fluidly with operations.
  • Provide in depth costing and billings for each production.
  • Involved in the day to day management of marketing AV asset localisation services provided internationally.
  • Communicate and maintain a streamlined workflow in order for internal teams follow.
  • Maintaining quality control and the high standards of content for fast turnaround.
  • A strong resilient attitude is required with a confident perseverance to ensure deadlines are reached effectively.
  • Whilst primary localisation, we also provide additional AV services for the client and therefore all of the offerings will fall under your remit.
  • Excellent Industry knowledge to ensure we remain at the forefront of localisation trends and standards.

Requirements

  • Five years global account management experience.
  • Post Production experience.
  • Managing teams in the UK and Abroad is desirable.
