DEPARTMENT: CENTRAL SERVICES
LOCATION: LONDON BRIDGE, SE1
POSTED: JUNE 2021
SO 2020 THEN….
2020 was, without doubt, the most unique and challenging year of most of our lifetimes. Alongside the devastating human impact of Coronavirus, 2020 has also challenged the industry that we all work in and love but at DMS we are starting 2021 with renewed hope, confidence, optimism and excitement as we plan the next phase of our growth and prepare to build on our successes so far.
As we start to get ready to open our doors again, to bring our teams back and support the industry as it returns once more, we look to 2021 with optimism and excitement and we are looking for like-minded talent people who want to be part of our journey. It’s going to be a very big year for us and we want you to play a role.
We love the film industry. We love the ability of film to take your imagination away from daily life, to excite, to provoke, to engage, and to entertain and we look forward once more to playing our part in bringing this back into people’s lives in 2021.

WHAT WE DO
We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
DMS is looking for a Front of House Co-Ordinator to work at their busy and vibrant offices based near London Bridge.
If you have been looking for a role that is about more than just the daily reception duties this is the role for you. While you will be taking calls and helping to manage office duties across multiple projects.
THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
You will have the following additional responsibilities:
Management of one team member to assist with Front of House duties
Some facilities and office management duties
Some PA assistance to the MD
Being our company culture ambassador as well as organising both internal and external staff and client events
Onboarding new DMS team members
As you will be the person that everyone meets when they enter the building we are, of course, looking for a dynamic personable self-starter with a cheerful persona. Someone who is confident to be able to interface with senior level executives and external VIP guests as well as the in-house team.
We are looking for someone who is astute, switched-on and observant and who is looking to see what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked to do things. Given there are many facets to the role we need to be organised and methodical and be able to think ahead.
You will also be using many different types of software and packages (e.g. photo editing software, Adobe Suite, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Office packages, our in-house HR system, WordPress) and be able to demonstrate the IT/technical set-up in each of our meeting rooms. While we don’t expect you to have had experience of them all, being tech and IT savvy and not afraid to learn new things that might be out of your comfort zone is a must. Switchboard experience will also be advantageous.
Some shift-work is involved as the Front of House team need to cover 8am to 7pm between the two team members.
