DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.


We are seeking a highly-skilled second line support analyst who will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills whilst collaborating, organising and maintaining key elements of DMS’s infrastructure, all ensure stable operation and growth. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and optimising key functional areas (Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Storage, Backup Strategies, Disaster Recovery and Telecom systems) within our London Bridge HQ, Shand Street

This person will maintain The DMS’s infrastructure and mixed server estate which includes Windows Servers, Linux Servers, and VMs. Working as part of the Infrastructure, Networking and Security team, focusing on core aspects of both internal and client IT systems.

  • Responsible for DMS production department which includes but not limited to Motion Graphics, Technical Operations, Audio Dubbing and Quality Control.
  • Responsible for The DMS’s mixed server estate which includes Windows & Linux.
  • Participate in IT strategic planning activities that reflect the vision of the Company.
  • Research and recommend solutions that circumvent potential technical issues.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the IT Support team and other internal departments to carry out infrastructure improvements & changes and to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Architect, execute, test and deliver innovative solutions, keeping up with our evolving industry and ensuring we’re ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to deployment of systems and network integration as required.
  • Continuously improve and optimise aspects of the IT infrastructure and security operations including development or related IT security policies and other relevant processes and standards.
  • The delivery of IT infrastructure and security project whilst ensuring user satisfaction through 2nd line support.
  • The provision, availability, planning and maintenance of infrastructure services, ensuring compliance with internal and industry policies and processes.
  • Occasional out of hours maintenance.
  • Supporting the first- and second-line teams as required.


  • Strong understanding of Adobe Suite and different plugins associated with Adobe Suite.
  • Good working knowledge of Mac OS, Linux and Windows.
  • Experience of Motion Graphics, Technical Operations, Audio Dubbing and Quality Control workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of networking disciplines including IP routing, VPNs and VLANs.
  • Experience of Virtualization, VMware and Hyper-V is desirable.
  • In depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and security protocols desirable.
  • Key infrastructure services include AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • Working knowledge of Azure including AAD, another area of growth in our business is desirable.
  • Confident in managing multiple projects at any one time.
