Andrew Dillon
Senior Producer Tiger Films
Andrew's responsible for all shoots, Press Conferences, Interviews, Behind The Scenes EPK production and all The Big Picture Show requests. Having cut his teeth in this industry with entry-level roles at LipSync and Granada Television, Andrew spent five years as a Creative Producer at MyMovies, helping studios syndicate their key marketing assets across a huge network of UK sites. When he's not at his local cinema, Andrew can usually be found in the kitchen concocting the latest in a series of adventurous recipes. He enjoys watching cult TV shows such as Game of Thrones and his masochistic side really comes out as he follows Arsenal through the trials and tribulations of their season.
John Fleming
Shooting Assistant Producer
Responsible for overseeing all technical production. His first christmas present was a multi-track audio tape recorder which he used to make his own mix-tapes/radio shows. At 5 his father 'invested' in a Beta-Max video cassette recording machine which he began recording films with, replaying them shot for shot and figuring how they were made. At 6 he received a VHS video cassette recorder, a DVD player soon followed. Good knowledge of these different formats saw John graduate with a degree in Media Technology and join DMS in 2007. He quickly rose through the competitive ranks of DMSers to become Technical Manager and now Shooting Assistant Producer.
Kieran Brunwin
Technical Team Leader
Kieran records on set sound in various locations and mixes it back at the DMS office. When not working on productions, Kieran researches new techniques and technologies to constantly improve the ways to record, edit, mix and master audio Kieran also works as a camera operator when required.
Beatriz Sanz
Digital Encoder
AKA Bea, is DMS’ gifted camera girl! After falling in love with the darkness of Spanish cinemas as a child, she finished her Technical Media degree in 2003, interned at a Spanish News Agency, moved to the Big Smoke and took the plunge to come and work for DMS in 2008. Initially working on the HAWK team media monitoring, her talents became heavily needed in our ever growing technical department, TIGER FILMS. If she’s not laying in the park when the weather’s good, watching gigs or flying back and forth to Spain, you can catch Bea being an essential Tiger member. By using her expertise to operate the camera, she always manages to get the best shots from most of the filming work we do!
Richard Durasow
Quality Control Co-ordinator
Richard graduated in 1999 with a BSc in Architectural technology and then went on to work for Ravenscourt Media 'A social enterprise', where he held a position as facilities manager before joining DMS in 2010. If he's not bashing out a few tunes on his Bass guitar with fellow musician drummer John Fleming you will find him tucked away in the corner of the DMS London office co-ordinating Quality Control for all out going digital assets, online and broadcast. If you're lucky you can also catch him on many of the DMS shoots as camera operator / sound operator for Tiger Films.
James Dean
Production Runner
When James was 12 he starred in a short comedy directed by his cousin. This ignited a passion to work in the Media world and with a name James Dean, it would’ve been rude not to! James gained his degree in Film & Television Production at Lancashire Uni, made hundreds of movies/TV shows there and, as the Student Union’s lighting technician, spent his time wisely rubbing shoulders with celebs such as Dizzie rascal and Adam Ant. Thankfully he came and joined the TIGER FILMS team in 2012. Catch James helping out with B-rolling at Premieres, EPK shoots, the recent Quentin Tarantino Q&A. He’s our everything-Runner/Production Runner/Tiger B-Cam and soon to be Digital Encoder!
