Small but perfectly formed, Panther offers digital post production services in SD and HD, complete with state of the art Alchemist standards conversion and Sony HDCAM SR decks.
Digital File Distribution (Panther Online)
Panther online is now used by ALL major film distributors. Studios send our London office tapes which we encode into broadcast quality files and make available online via a secure portal for clients around the world to download. This saves our clients time and money: avoiding shipping costs, customs fees and delays, and time lost re-encoding files. Learn more by watching the Panther Online video.

Secure Streaming (Shark Player)
Our secure streaming web-based service allows authorized users to view sensitive materials online. Every piece of content on the site is watermarked to your specifications, and you get to choose the number of users, tnumber of plays and the window of availability for each element. This allows users to confidently share their content with publicists and journalists who need to view it, without the security risk of DVD leaks.
Encoding
From HD to SD to mobile files - DMS can provide the right encoding solution. Our team has many years' experience encoding files to meet any requirement. The Panther team can follow your specifications or advise you on what's best suited to your needs. Encoding is both a science and an art and it is something we have striven to perfect over the years. Our encoding services are used by major Hollywood studios including Paramount Pictures and Walt Disney.

Conversions & Duplications
At Panther we possess the latest technology and equipment to handle both traditional and cutting edge video requirements. We have facilities to digitize and lay-back, and we have quality control procedures using HD, SD and 3D monitoring equipment. We also offer tape-to-tape dubbing, standards conversion, DVD creation and all the most common tape and disc formats including HD Blu-ray, 2D and 3D Blu-ray and HDCAM-SR.
We have invested in a fully equipped Alchemist Ph.C. This state of the art machine is the pinnacle of Standard and Cross-conversion technology. The Alchemist allows any HD or SD frame rate or size conversion, maintaining maximum video quality. Our conversion specialists will adjust the method of conversion and technique to achieve the best quality possible.

Subtitling & Localization
We can provide subtitling for all types of videos, from internet files to DVDs to HD Digital Cinema showreels, and now we can even subtitle in 3D!
Video subtitles are created using the most sophisticated software and laid on by a specialized team of subtitle technicians, and we can provide
subtitling in over 40 languages.
We can also provide you with translations and scripts. Our subtitle translators understand that their job is not just to translate, but to "localize." This requires fluency in the appropriate
dialects and the use of culturally relevant idioms. We can also provide dubbing if necessary, including in 5.1 Audio. Wherever there is a need for
quality subtitling or localisation, we are there to meet it!
DVD Authoring
Panther has many years' experience in DVD creation and authoring: from simple loop DVDs to the most sophisticated DVD menu and original graphics, Panther can deliver what you need. We can also create a complete packaged DVD including full colour sleeve, disc art and DVD insert. This includes 3D Blu-ray discs and authored Blu-ray DVDs.
DCP (Digital Cinema Package) Production
To show a movie in a digital cinema you need a DCP, and DMS creates DCPs at a very competitive price. DMS has considerable experience producing DCPs for major studio clients in both 2D and 3D from a multitude of sources, including HDCAM / HDCAMSR and digital files.
In 2010, DMS successfully produced over 450 DCP files for global use!
DMS can produce unlocked DCPs or DCPs with a Key Delivery Message (KDM) for additional security.
Please note DMS can also subtitle DCPs and, subject to supply of local audio, produce dubbed versions.
3D Assets for Theatrical and Broadcast
DMS can supply 3D assets for theatrical distribution and TV Broadcast. With the recent launch of Sky’s 3D channel and growth in International
markets, the supply of 3D elements is going to be very much part of our future.
DMS can create 3D TV Broadcast elements from a range of sources
including DCPs. DMS can of course provide subtitled and dubbed 3D elements to specification. Our in-house 3D TVs can demo and display your 3D
elements.
3D Blu-ray content
The 3D Blu-ray format has seen exponential growth recently, and 3D content is currently used in 3D enabled Blu-ray players and gaming consoles, including Sony's PS3. DMS was among the very first companies to author and encode to PS3 compatible 3D Blu-ray, and if you're releasing in this format we want to talk to you!
