Neil Bottrill
Manager of Digital Operations
Neil is responsible for the management of Panther Digital Post Production and Lynx Digital Creative departments. Neil has worked in the Film Industry for over 20 years holding senior positions at Technicolor where he launched their first world wide compression & authoring facility and SonyDADC where he headed up their London Studio.
Most of Neil's spare time is now spent on the playing fields of Surrey watching his son play football or on the banks of the River Thames at his daughter's Rowing Club.
Michael Petch
Paramount Client Service Manager
Michael heads the customer services team for all Paramount Pictures International work at DMS and spends his time working on current projects as well as expanding DMS into new areas.
With a robust knowledge of the technical side of the business Michael is well placed to advise clients of the prefect option to suit their requirements.
In his spare time Michael manages the DMS Kubb team, and after a reasonable result at the Swedish world cup last year he hopes to take them to glory in the UK finals this year.
Max Davies
Account Manager
Hailing from Pathé and Icon, Max has vast experience handling technical projects as well as a grounding in production that has allowed him to see the industry from all angles.
Having worked in 35mm & HD both behind the camera and in the edit suite he is a good man to go to with your questions and is used to working closely with his clients to develop new projects. In his spare time he can be found in his favourite pub, cycling around town or developing his own films.
Jay Makwana
Technical Manager/Scheduler
Jay has been a long-term employee of DMS. Having worked here for over 5 years he currently holds a Senior role within the Panther Technical Department working mainly with the Paramount team. Jay is a lean, mean, encoding machine and his experience and technical expertise is forever expanding.
Nico Vargas
Digital 3D Media Encoder
Before relocating to London, Nico ran a post-production company in South America for five years. He is DMS' resident guru on 3D Production, 3D Blu-ray and Digital Cinema Packages.
Sasha Plaché
Panther Account Manager
Sasha comes from an all-round performance background on and off screen. Having being cast in the UK Olympic Opening Ceremony’s 2012, backing dancer for Dizzee Rascal and a regular guest on the Big Breakfast back in its day, nowadays you’ll regularly find her voice on many a Big Picture Special or out on the local Salsa scene. When Sasha isn’t out dancing or performing you’ll find her busying away in our headquarters directly dealing with our vast number of Studios, Broadcasters, online and publicity outlets delivering digital post production assets. Her vibrant and upbeat attitude plays a key role in our teams' speedy deliveries.
Charlotte Mills
Disney Client Services Co-ordinator
Charlotte joined DMS in 2010 after working for a multimedia company specialising in video production and working on a number of films. Some of her credits include: The Tale of Despereaux, Robin Hood, and Clash of the Titans. DMS now owe the pleasure of having Charlotte manage the European Disney encoding account - corresponding with territories across Europe and our clients in the US. When she's not busting a gut at her weekly 'Boot Camp' classes you can find Charlotte currently handling the new new e One USA account as part of panther online, which is the account she started with.
Rebecca Craig
Client Services Co-ordinator
Rebecca joined the DMS team in 2009 and is an integral part of the Universal Pictures customer service team. Before joining DMS Rebecca worked in the television industry in Ireland, assisting on broadcast documentaries and TV series for Ireland's national television broadcaster RTE. Rebecca co-founded the independent production company Scarlett Pictures and worked on several short films in a variety of creative and technical roles where she developed her multitasking skills in many areas of production. Along with a keen interest in film, music, comedy and the arts, Rebecca also has a passion for travel and takes every opportunity to jump on a plane or a train to explore the world.
Sarah Reeves
Client Services Assistant
Hailing from an extensive media background, having interned at some of the world’s top Film & Television companies while studying Psychology at Uni, Sarah brought her considerable knowledge to DMS in 2012 and continues to excel in her role as Client Services Assistant. When she’s not travelling the continents, rescuing orphaned baby Leopards from the wild in Namibia, singing in her local Glee-Style choir or feeding her pet lizard, you can find Sarah in her full time job at DMS working extremely hard pleasing the demands of major clients in all post-production procedures.
