Neil Botrill
Manager of Digital Operations
Neil is responsible for the management of Panther Digital Post Production and Lynx Digital Creative departments. Neil has worked in the Film Industry for over 20 years holding senior positions at Technicolor where he launched their first world wide compression & authoring facility and SonyDADC where he headed up their London Studio.
Most of Neil's spare time is now spent on the playing fields of Surrey watching his son play football or on the banks of the River Thames at his daughter's Rowing Club.
John Fleming
Technical Manager
Responsible for overseeing all technical production, John has a passion for quality control and is an encyclopaedia of encoding knowledge.
Michael Petch
Client Services Account Manager
Michael heads the customer services team for all Paramount Pictures International work at DMS and spends his time working on current projects as well as expanding DMS into new areas.
With a robust knowledge of the technical side of the business Michael is well placed to advise clients of the prefect option to suit their requirements.
In his spare time Michael manages the DMS Kubb team, and after a reasonable result at the Swedish world cup last year he hopes to take them to glory in the UK finals this year.
Max Davies
Client Services Account Manager
Hailing from Pathé and Icon, Max has vast experience handling technical projects as well as a grounding in production that has allowed him to see the industry from all angles.
Having worked in 35mm & HD both behind the camera and in the edit suite he is a good man to go to with your questions and is used to working closely with his clients to develop new projects. In his spare time he can be found in his favourite pub, cycling around town or developing his own films.
Oliver Crocker
Client Services Account Manager
Oliver regularly used Panther Online whilst working on BBC2's "Something for the Weekend". He loved the site so much that he joined DMS to manage it!
He co-presents the Dads Army Podcast and has made several independent films, including a spoof of Sylvester Stallone's "Over the Top", which The Guardian featured in their review of "The Expendables" and became a YouTube hit! He also likes Phil Collins, but don't hold that against him…
Nick Lane
Manager of Creative Ops
Nick has refined his editing skills over the last 4 years at DMS and heads up Lynx, DMS' creative department.
Jay Makwana
Technical Team Leader
Jay has been a long-term employee of DMS. Having worked here for over 5 years he currently holds a Senior role within the Panther Technical Department working mainly with the Paramount team. Jay is a lean, mean, encoding machine and his experience and technical expertise is forever expanding.
Nico Vargas
3D Specialist
Before relocating to London, Nico ran a post-production company in South America for five years. He is DMS' resident guru on 3D Production, 3D Blu-ray and Digital Cinema Packages.
Stick Tully
Colour Correction Specialist
Stick is one of our senior encoders and in charge of the Universal team. He's worked with video for over 10 years and specialises in editing, subtitling and encoding. After a successful time working on titles for Disney Interactive and Microsoft Stick moved out of the games industry and found his home at DMS. Away from the office he can be found taking photo's and DJing in some of London's bars and clubs.
Charlotte Mills
Client Services Co-ordinator, Panther Online
Charlotte joined DMS in 2010 after working for a multimedia company specialising in video production.
Charlotte has previously worked on a number of films, her credits include: The Tale of Despereaux, Robin Hood, and Clash of the Titans
Ellie Williams
Client Services Co-ordinator
Ellie joined DMS in 2010 after previously working in a production background. Her experience as a production manager on a number of feature films, short films, music videos and live TV has given her a great understanding of the industry. This has allowed her to bring great organization skills to her current role.
In her spare time she enjoys the theatre and opera as well as powerboating. Her biggest passion is travelling and she jets off to exotic places whenever she has the chance.

Bilingual, multi-tasker extraordinaire, Alexia is one of DMS’s longest-serving and most valued team members. Having successfully filled several diverse roles during her DMS career, she currently lends her considerable talents to providing high quality customer service to our most important clients.
