Nick Lane
Manager of Creative Ops/Senior Editor
Nick took to editing (destroying) his Dad's old Super 8 films at the age of 6. At 12, he claimed a Blue Peter badge for getting his fingers dirty in the Blue Peter garden, but decided the BBC was not for him...
In 2002 he graduated with a BSc in Multimedia & Music Production & worked temporarily as a sound engineer at Richmond Theatre before joining DMS in 2006. He now heads up Lynx, DMS' creative division, as senior video editor and provides solutions for various creative projects.
Ajay Bangar
Senior Digital Encoder
Ever since Ajay graduated from his BSc Hons in Film Production Technology he has tried to edit his way to world domination (evil laugh). By going about this he managed to nab a job as an editor for various different media companies, where one of them, was editing content from several eclectic TV shows to MMA fighting.
Sadly his dreams to dominate the world by becoming the most notorious MMA champion turned to dust as Ajay became a man. This led him to show case his skills at DMS back in 2011 and become our Senior Digital Encoder. When Ajay is not blinging it up you will find him tucked away in the Lynx depart doing his creative tings!
Emile Wilday
Creative Assistant
Emile is an intern at DMS and his skills have been a tremendous asset to the Lynx team indeed. Only recently graduated, you will find Emile working on graphic design work, assisting with editing and general hands on techinal tasks around the office.
He's only a young lad and is considered as an integral part of the creative department. Who knows he might stay with us forever?! We hope so.
