Amy Le Coz
Director
Amy, a US national, arrived in London 12 years ago after serving a 10-year sentence for bad behaviour in Paris, France. She is honoured that her BA in International Relations from a top US university, an MBA from the Imperial College, being voted runner up UK Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 and of course having founded DMS with partner Bob Thomson 10 years ago means that she is qualified to live, work and pay tax in Her Majesty's Kingdom as a Highly Skilled Migrant.
When Amy is not at DMS, running her 2 teenage children around Hertfordshire or trying to get in her 30 minutes of cardio exercise 3-4 times a week, she is involved in supporting the efforts the microfinance charity Five Talents, particularly the women-only project in Tanzania.
Bob Thomson
Director
Bob has worked in the Film business for more years than he will admit. He worked for CIC (Paramount & Universal) for 12 years, Castle Rock, the media production company Cinram and more recently was MD for Panasonic Europe. Bob formed DMS with Amy Le Coz in 2002. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Westminster.
In an earlier life Bob trained as an actor and still performs on a regular basis having taken lead roles in many non-professional productions. Bob is currently Chairman of the Barn Theatre in Welwyn Garden City. Other hobbies include singing and polishing his ever growing collection of ridiculously fast motorcycles.
Neil Botrill
Manager of Digital Operations
Neil is responsible for the management of the Panther Digital Post Production and Lynx Digital Creative departments. Neil has worked in the Film Industry for over 20 years, holding senior positions at Technicolor where he launched their first world wide compression and authoring facility, and Sony DADC where he headed up their London Studio.
Most of Neil's spare time is now spent on the playing fields of Surrey watching his son play football or on the banks of the River Thames at his daughter's Rowing Club.
Andrew Dillon
DMS Producer Tiger Films
Andrew's responsible for all shoots, Press Conferences, Interviews, Behind The Scenes EPK production and all The Big Picture Show requests. Having cut his teeth in this industry with entry-level roles at LipSync and Granada Television, Andrew spent five years as a Creative Producer at MyMovies, helping studios syndicate their key marketing assets across a huge network of UK sites.
When he's not at his local cinema, Andrew can usually be found in the kitchen concocting the latest in a series of adventurous recipes...usually inspired by Man vs. Food. He enjoys watching cult TV shows such as The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones and his masochistic side really comes out as he follows Arsenal through the trials and tribulations of their season.
Nick Lane
Manager of Creative Ops
Nick took to editing (destroying) his Dad's old Super 8 films at the age of 6. At 12, he claimed a Blue Peter badge for getting his fingers dirty in the Blue Peter garden, but decided the BBC was not for him...
In 2002 he graduated with a BSc in Multimedia & Music Production & worked temporarily as a sound engineer at Richmond Theatre before joining DMS in 2006. He now heads up Lynx, DMS' creative division, as senior video editor and provides solutions for various creative projects.
John Fleming
Shooting Assistant Producer
Responsible for overseeing all technical production.
His first christmas present was a multi-track audio tape recorder which he used to make his own mix-tapes/radio shows. At 5 his father 'invested' in a Beta-Max video cassette recording machine which he began recording films with, replaying them shot for shot and figuring how they were made. At 6 he received a VHS video cassette recorder, a DVD player soon followed.
Good knowledge of these different formats saw John graduate with a degree in Media Technology and join DMS in 2007. He quickly rose through the competitive ranks of DMSers to become Technical Manager and now Shooting Assistant Producer.
Rahul Shah
Financial Controller
Rahul came to the UK from India in December 2002 to pursue a professional accountancy course, which he completed whilst working for a firm of Chartered Accountants. He also holds an MBA. At the studio his work focused on licensing and the online realm, working extensively with the Star Trek franchise. In his spare time, Tim serves as an on-call shuttle driver for his two kids. He has been known to play tennis, hike and watch movies.

She is also responsible for the creative output on DMS’ social media networks and website and generally ensures there is lots of fun to be had both in the office and out!
